CoursePay uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries strictly to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on our marketing site or in the app.

What we use

• Session: an authentication cookie / localStorage entry so you stay signed in. Removing it signs you out.
• Preferences: theme choice and last-opened views. First-party only.
• Security: rate-limit and anti-CSRF tokens for form submissions.

Because these are strictly necessary for the service to work, no consent banner is required under the UK PECR/GDPR framework. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will introduce a consent banner and update this notice.

You can clear cookies and site data at any time from your browser. Doing so will sign you out of the app.
